I just found your blog. Where do they get these people on Hell's Kitchen & Top Chef? They have filthy habits! They scratch their noses, rub their hair, sweat into the food, and most of them smoke. How can they taste the food? They either have long stringy hair or bald sweaty, drippy heads. Are head bands baned? They are always touching some body part while cooking. The ladies should be on "What not to wear" and see Nick. I have been wanting to vent about this, but I can't help watching. Makes the local fare seem dull. Jan Hi Julie
